When will my order ship?
There's only 1 Ghost working for WG but I will do my absolute best to ship as soon as possible. Typically within 1-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number shortly after your order is shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you need additional help, contact us at wickedghostco@gmail.com. 
What is your return policy?
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase don't hesitate to email us at wickedghostco@gmail.com. You have 30 days from the order date to request a refund/exchange.
Refunds:
Accessories and home items: To be eligible for a refund, item must be returned to us first. For full instructions send us an email.
When approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after 3-10 business days, contact your credit card company for more info on their processing policy. Contact us at wickedghostco@gmail.com for help.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective/damaged or the wrong size. Product may have to be sent back first. Send us an email at wickedghostco@gmail.com for more info.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in most cases. Please email us for specific details.
